Step 3. Assemble The Weber Smokey Mountain

Step 4. Get Some briquettes going with your chimney starter

Step 5. Place the lit briquettes in the bottom section of the Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker along with wood chunks of your choice. (for longer smokes like brisket, pork shoulders or butts use the minion method)

Step 6. Place the middle section on the Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker on and add water to the water pan. Fill it up to 1/2 or 3/4 with water. (Hint you can add rosemary or spices to the water)

Step 7. Place the lid on and open up all the vents and let the Weber Smokey Mountain get to the desired temp

Step 8. Smoke something amazing! Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, Pork Butts, Cheese…etc
