Take the cans Pork and Beans, remove the chunk of pork, and empty contents into a large pan. Take the other beans and drain off the fluids.
Empty the beans into the pan. Use approximately double the volume of pork and beans versus the other types of beans.
Finely chop the Walla Walla Onions and add to the beans.
Cook the bacon and once cooked, chop into chunks.
Mix the bacon into the beans. Add approximately 3 cups of BBQ sauce. You may alter the amount of sauce as to get the consistency that you desire. Stir all of these ingredients together.
Top the beans off with a layer of Brown Sugar. Place into the Smoker and cook for approximately 2 hours at 225-250 degrees. Increase the cooking time to get the the desired tenderness of the beans.
