Try these moist, tasty, smoked Rock Cornish Game Hens. Perfect sized for an individual serving or share with a friend!
Ingredients
  • Rock Cornish Game Hens
  • Rub of choice(optional)
  • Fluid to inject (optional)
Instructions
  1. Set Smoker to 200-225. Use your favorite wood. Hickory or Mesquite if you like a heavy smoke flavor. Try apple, cherry or other fruit wood for a mild taste. Smoke for about 45min to an hour or until internal temperature of the breast reaches 165 degrees F or 170 degrees F in the leg. Enjoy!
