Smoked Mac and Cheese

Recipe Type: Smoked Mac and Cheese

  • 1 16oz Package of Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Cup 1% Milk
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 10 3/4oz Cans of Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 2 Cups Triple Cheddar Cheese Blend
  1. Boil water and cook the elbow macaroni to package instructions until tender
  2. Rinse the macaroni with water to get the excess starch off of it
  3. Place the macaroni back into the cooking pot
  4. Pour in the milk, heavy cream and 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup and stir together.
  5. Pour macaroni into tin foil pan and place the Sharp and Triple blend cheese on top
  6. Place in the smoker for 1 hour or until desired smoke thickness is achieved
