We saw this recipe on BBQ Pitboys.com and wanted to try it out! This was our first attempt, they turned out really tasty. Next time we would make the hole bigger and stuff them a lot fuller with goodness. Also, we would take them out of the tin foil and get some direct smoke right on the smoker for 1/2 the time. We smoked these for 2 1/2hrs and they came out nice and tender.
