Pasco Pepper Rub

This is a great rub to use on steaks, beef roasts, tri tips, and other beef cuts.
  • 2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 cup Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Turbinado sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Ancho Chile Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Jalapeno Peppers
  1. Blend all ingredients together. You may use a mortar and pestle to ground up the Dried Jalapeno Peppers if you would like.
